HPI Savage XL Flux 1/8 Scale RC Monster Truck Electric Brushless 4WD

The HPI Savage XL Flux (HPI-112609) unleashes 6S LiPo brushless performance with the stability of an XL-long wheelbase. A FLUX 2200KV motor and 6S-capable ESC deliver massive acceleration and speed, while the proven Savage platform provides the strength to take on big jumps and rough terrain. Plug in two matching LiPo packs and you’re ready for exhilarating runs – you can hit 62 mph (100 km/h) with the pull of a trigger.

Built around HPI’s 2.5mm TVP (Twin Vertical Plate) chassis, the Savage XL Flux mounts the motor low for improved balance and uses twin vented battery boxes to house a range of 2S or 3S LiPo batteries, including HPI’s extra-long #106397 (2S) and #107222 (3S) packs designed for the Savage FLUX series. The extended wheelbase enhances straight-line stability and control at high speed.

Durability is engineered in from end to end: an all‑metal bulletproof drivetrain with a 44‑tooth steel spur gear, super heavy-duty dogbones and 17mm hex hubs handles the torque, while Big Bore silicone oil-filled shocks smooth out the rough stuff. Multiple shock mounting positions allow easy suspension tuning, quick access differentials simplify maintenance, and a 3mm 7075 motor plate with dual 8mm billet motor clamp keeps the power system firmly secured.
